Your privacy is our top priority. Swift Response only activates location tracking when you explicitly request it during an incident. You are never tracked or monitored otherwise. All communications are end-to-end encrypted, and data is stored in NDPR-compliant facilities within Nigeria. Your information is only shared with authorized emergency responders when necessary, and you can request data deletion at any time. The app complies with Apple and Google privacy rules, has undergone global and federal compliance checks, and is fully backed by the government.

The system is designed to minimize accidental alerts. The panic button must be held for 3 seconds to indicate intent, and you have a 10-second window to cancel before the alert is sent. False alarms sent intentionally may incur penalties to protect responders and ensure system integrity.

Swift Response only accesses your location when you request emergency assistance. Location data is never used for tracking or monitoring purposes outside of emergencies. All location information is encrypted and solely used for rescue or recovery during incidents. You control when your location is shared.

All submitted evidence (photos, videos, audio) is encrypted, time-stamped, and stored with tamper-proof hashing. Chain-of-custody protocols maintain evidence integrity for legal proceedings. Only authorized personnel can access evidence, and all access is logged for accountability.

Yes! Feature phone users can access emergency services by dialing 112. While advanced features like real-time location and media submission require smartphones, core emergency response is accessible to everyone.

All responders undergo comprehensive training covering app usage, triage protocols, evidence handling, and crisis communication. Regular refresher courses and simulations ensure readiness. Partner organizations receive customized training aligned with their roles.

Response times are tracked from alert initiation to first responder arrival. Our dashboard provides real-time metrics by area, incident type, and time of day. This data guides resource allocation, station placement, and continuous process improvements to reduce response times.
